The approach

Change begins with understanding what is asking to be known.

Depth psychotherapy makes room for the parts of your experience that can be easy to miss, but difficult to live without understanding.

Many people come to therapy because they feel caught. They may understand their problem intellectually, yet find that the same reactions, relationships, or self-critical thoughts keep returning.

Our work begins with careful attention. I listen to what is being said directly, as well as what may be communicated through feelings, patterns, dreams, and the relationship we build in the room.

What the work can make possible

01

Notice the pattern

We make space to see the familiar reactions and dynamics that may be shaping your life.

02

Understand it more deeply

We explore how the pattern took shape and what it may be trying to communicate.

03

Find a different way forward

With greater understanding, there is room for choices that feel more true to who you are.

Jungian analysis

Psychological life has more than one level.

Jungian work takes seriously the unconscious life of dreams, images, feelings, and recurring patterns. It is not about fitting yourself into a prescribed answer. It is a way of becoming more fully yourself, with more freedom, perspective, and purpose.
